General structure:

Beginning on Wednesday the 8th of September 2010 at 16:30 and ending on Sunday the 12th of September at 14:00

Each teacher will organize the course as it is more convenient for each speciality. There will be individual and group work. Being an intensive workshop it's important that the pupils are always present.

There will be chamber music sessions for the instruments as well as renaissance vocal ensemble for the singers in the advanced group.

We aim as well to do a student concert on Saturday the 11th in which students can play pieces that have been worked during the previous days.

Localization:

This year, the Early music workshop will take place in the historical country house Lo Boligni placed in the Alcoraya region at about 15 minutes distance from town Alicante.

Lo Boligni is a big country house from the XVIIIth Century. I'ts one of the few examples remaining in the province and preserving it's charm and simplicity.

The house offers 2000 m2 and is located in a very quiet area surrounded by olive trees and pine trees. It's ideal for making music an to concentrate in the work.

It is also possible to use the small swimming pool.

Accomodation:

Lo Boligni has big common bedrooms in which the students that whish it can be accomodated. It also has fully equiped showers and bathrooms.

The price for the accomodation at Lo Boligni is included in the course fee, this means that it's not necessary to pay any extra price to sleep at the house.

It's necessary to bring your own sheets and towels and even a sleeping bag or light cover in case the weather it's cool (not very probable at the beginning of September).

Meals:

The house has a big kitchen and offers a full meal service.

For a supplement of 20€ per day students can have full boarding (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

It is also possible to eat occasionally for a low price. List will be at the disposal of students who wish to take only some meals.

Inscription and prices:

Inscription should be made by  e-mail.

Once you make contact with us we'll send a formular you have to fill and send back to us. In this formular will be as well all the indications and bank account number to pay the fee.

There is a considerable reduction in the course fee if you do it before the 15th of July 2010.

It exists as well a day fee for those who cannot attend the whole workshop. In this case it is as well necessary to inscribe yourself and to pay in advance so that we can better plan the workshop.
